the staff exhibited helpful service throughout my stay. i appreciated the room's design it was both well maintained and super clean. the location proved ideal for exploring the surrounding area i could easily walk to many dining options and historical sites.
i noticed some delayed follow-up on a minor issue. i had expected a more prompt response regarding a simple request that was not immediately addressed.

The breakfast buffet included many choices. The staff was attentive and quick to respond to requests. The doormen were gracious and offered warm greetings to all guests.. the service was very relaxed. Rooms were turned down each evening.

The staff were very attentive here. The hotel have a location only a 5 to 10 walk from the station. The view from my room was amazing here.
Check in was great, but the restaurant for breakfast took a long. It took over 50 mins of waiting just for poached eggs so I had to leave. The rooftop bar was a lovely addition, but I asked if there was shade and they laughed at me.
